The Everyone Village SRO Pilot Project is a pioneering affordable housing initiative designed to address the critical gap between transitional shelter and permanent housing for individuals exiting houselessness. As Oregon’s first Single-Room Occupancy (SRO) Village Neighborhood, this project will deliver stable, cost-effective, and community-oriented housing, directly advancing the State’s strategic priorities for addressing housing instability.
