Everyone Village is developing MicroVillage Housing—an innovative, replicable housing typology designed specifically to be attainable for Oregonians earning 0–30% of Area Median Income, including people exiting homelessness, medical recuperation, and crisis systems. Developed in partnership with the City of Eugene and PIVOT Architecture, this pilot neighborhood transforms underutilized land into a permanent, service-rich residential community that bridges the gap between emergency shelter and traditional affordable housing. Located on Everyone Village’s existing program site, the MicroVillage Housing pilot builds on a proven ecosystem of shelter, healthcare, workforce development, and behavioral health—delivering stability, dignity, and long-term housing outcomes at a fraction of conventional housing costs.
